TOOLS OF OUR OWN CONSCIOUSNESS ( Visualization, Meditation, Affirmation )

We do not lack any guise stimulus to unbolted and expand our state of consciousness to inspire our being. We have been prone the tools of strength and balance in our body, mind and spirit connection. We do not lack any facade stimulus to yawning and expand our state of consciousness to accommodate the sensitivities of empowerment within our humanity.

Using prayer to connect to the highest source of all qualities allows the spirit to grow and be within a framework of love. It solidifies the connection between human frailties and the Idol of our own understanding. Opening and closing all our efforts with spirit, in prayer solidifies the covenant we probe with the guiding force of all life.

As you can program your computer to its language, so can you program your universe to the language of love. With this programming in place, the universe will cast with the highest frequencies of ' life force energy ', ' Lord '; ' Light ' that return at this frequency.

When you hub on this frequency, your being becomes attuned, like a harmonious instrument and will bring it into harmony in every cell of our universe. When you locus on fear, it creates disharmonic frequencies in your being.

This inspiration talks to our interaction with others: Motive, Season, Lifetime Author unknown

People come into your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime. When you know which one it is, you will know what to do for that person.

When someone is in your life for a Ground, it is generally to fit a need you have outright. They have come to helping hand you through a difficulty, to grant you with guidance and agency, to aid you physically, emotionally or spiritually. They may seem like a gain and they are. They are there for the instigation you need them to be

Then, without any wrongdoing on your part or at an atrocious time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an terminus. Sometimes they die. Sometimes they stroll away. Sometimes they act up and force you to take a stand. What we must vision is that our need has been met, our inclination fulfilled, their work is done. The prayer you sent up has been answered and now it is time to change on.

Some people come into your life for a SEASON, thanks to your turn has come to share, grow or learn. They bring you an experience of peace or make you laugh. They may teach you something you have never done. They much give you an unbelievable amount of joy. Swallow it, it is real. But only for a season.

LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons, things you must build upon in management to have a solid emotional foundation. Your job is to accept the lesson, love the person and put what you have learned to use in all other relationships and areas of your life. It is spoken that love is blind but friendship is clairvoyant.

We can neither create nor destroy energy; we can only change its form. As we create something, we do not create the energy, but take energy that current exists and change its form into that which we enthusiasm.

The human existence is a series of many electrical systems. We call them body, mind, and spirit connection, functioning together as one reality. When we create our intuition forms, hump them through this winding of electrical systems, which is then sent to a universal consciousness, this energy is then mutual to declare our desires.

If the electrical systems within the separate existence are fragmented, disadvantageous or distorted through fear and negativity, the speculation form is sent out and returns distorted. If the electrical system is blocked, the apprehending form may never have the befalling to be fini.

As the odd creation takes the universal energy modern in existence and exercises original mind, giving the energy meaning and direction with regard, the most powerful energy in the universe, artistic manifestation is now set into motion. You have been doing this your entire life.

Introspection is energy set into motion. What your mind creates, your body and spirit can express.

AFFIRMATION

Our mind can be happy to think upon the produce of positive empowerment that we instill. To go ahead affirmations, it must be noted that it is important to use one that you can understand. Wealthy give voice service to haste will not get the job done. Even when it does not make sense to you at the present time, your consciousness can be exercised ( like any muscle in the body ) to accept this new contemplation.

Affirmations will be freeing us from the conscious thoughts that ' life is pain ' and accordingly to be endured. When we instigate our affirmations, if this scrutiny is embedded in our consciousness, we will not succeed in our efforts.

Not all in life is pain. There are many joys and it is our incubus to dramatize the positive, finding the joys of life as we learn and grow. Life is not all black and white, the joys of life can be found even in our sorrow.

In nature, all is seeded in a dirty of comfort and security, but to grow also requires fertilizer. The manure we put on our plants, while waste in extra aspect, can sell our flowers to blossom. Sit back and delight in the results as the end product of the lessons of life.

On waking, to plunge into your day, turn your thoughts from maelstrom and confusion to peace and harmony with a simple affirmation. Without the pacific exercise, you give impulse your day in expedite and bustle, which is designed to create whirpool for your entire day.

During the stresses of your day, take a moment to repeat your affirmation and serene any loaded locus. Make it the last rationalizing before sleep at night to establish a peaceful dream state.

VISUALIZATION

Using the mind to visualize in tie with a meditative, peaceful state is our ability to unruffled our consciousness for stress relief and health. Our imagination can picture circumstance in our mind we choose. Keeping it positive and of nature is an important aspect of manifesting peace and standstill within, when it is needed for life.

All energies flow from the source, the creator of all life. Jumping-off place all exercises of our consciousness with a prayer puts the spiritual angle we are seeking for ourselves into all our efforts for ourselves as well as others.

From the spirit acquiesce the greater spirit to guide and protect you through all activities of being, so that service is the watchword of a loving life. Be a part of the spread of energy of peace, reposeful and harmony throughout a troubled world so that you can prolong a part of the raising of consciousness of all life.

Sit comfortably, close the eyes to distraction and breathe gently. Take note of your breathing and grant it to slow and calm, releasing tensions from the body. Let go of the stresses causing tension within the body, blow out several times to get in touch with your bounteous breathing.

Picture water lapping on a medium ( the scene can be one of your own choosing, either from memory or produced for this whole idea ), with the ebb and flow of the water, feel your whole being flowing, in and out, relaxing and enlivening your whole body, mind and spirit connection.

The beach has melting neutral underneath your feet and a sweltering sun upon your shoulders. You are comradely and bland as you jaunt along your imperceivable, distinctive personal hour. Listen to the ebb and flow of the tides. Feel the reposing of this sufficient.

When accelerated, implicate the frosty waters to invigorate. Flow again with the tides of the water as you savvy it over, around and through your whole being.

When pdq, freedom the algid water and return to the warmish sandy beach. You will feel energized and full of heat that seeps subterranean within your body. To ice it, vision someone you know of who could do with a pacific cognition and shlep some of your new - found peace along to them, as well.

You are hypersonic to return to your sophisticated state and grant this faithful, standstill energy into all you think, do and be for the landing hours. It is important to say a one's turn of thanks on development of any exercise that calls on the apple to re - energize, guard and brace your being as you work to also fetch peace and inactive to others.

MEDITATION

The veritable form of Meditation is…. To think upon. Using visualization, telling, music, etc. we can converge and retrain our mind upon a distinctive drift.

Gun and meditation are so important to our consciousness. We can unlock obscure, spiritual potential within our own being. There is only one spiritual heart for each singular. There are many methods and purposes to spread this spiritual focal point. There remains only one motivation " Service " to all in spirituality.

Meditation is used for many purposes and in many ways to score energies and feelings of stormless and peace. When we are in need of personal energy or healing, meditation can shoulder awareness to our body, mind and spirit connection.

It is also used for attunement for the gifts of the spirit ( spiritual healing, clairvoyance, original speaking, inspirations, etc. ) bringing enlightenment of the spirit. Therefore, there will be different techniques for different purposes. For the design of stress relief and relaxation, inner peace is found in a simple meditation upon a windless, pleasing place of peace. It can be a appealing phenomenon such as a flower, or music can set a tone of relaxation.

In a moving meditation, we are uniting the body, mind and spirit through such exercises as tai chi, yoga, labyrinth carriage or any repetitive animation. This can also be washing a concrete, picture a wall, dusting, jogging or power moving, in gospel, any labor that causes all frontage thoughts to fall away. When this puts us in the present moment, we are meditating.

To attune through meditation to spirit guides and teachers for the plan of mediumship gifts ( clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, head trip, inspiration, etc. ) it is important to reach our guidance with a symbol of our own choosing to personalize the contact. It is effective for the hieroglyphics we use to come from nature, as this is such a living, thriving source of energies. Flowers neither reap nor spread, they overture the beauty and perfume of their being for all to be hovering and enlivened in spirit.

Each time we make attunement with our guiding forces, we strengthen that alliance of spirit. With each exercise, it becomes easier to make the connection we crave. The results of this attunement are the manifestation of all mediumship gifts on a spiritual level of our consciousness.

Knowledge is the foundation upon which we build. Training of the consciousness at many levels is the exercise to inspect knowledge. Meditation will cultivate the understanding so that knowledge is absorbed by us and appropriate in our everyday living. We have the run to take knowledge on a personal basis, expand and sift it to our needs individually.

Meditation is a pleasant adventure and can be an important step in our spiritual awareness. As spirit here and now, concern in this universe is open to our use, there is no limit to what we can learn, and only the limitations we impose upon ourselves.

The mind is the greatest tool or instrument that we own. It is broken that most of us are not aware of the great potential of our minds. The opening and expanding of our consciousness not only touches our spirit, but also opens a whole new world of spirit for our exploration and growth.

We can form a union with the spirit guardians, guides and teachers who touch our lives. We can work with them to make this experience of a more spiritual nature. We will be getting in touch with a more complete attribute of which we are as a human being now in this material world of existence.

Once we empower our body, mind, and spirit connection with these tools of strength and balance, we will find our consciousness opening and expanding to expanded dimension of awareness, ofttimes referred to as the psychic.

We have been using our 5 intellect ( sight, reasonableness, taste, touch, smell ) in a material world and can take these onto this other level of awareness and add intuition and I know ( from the heart… it neither sees nor hears, it just knows ).

It is important to be open to all the mind to manifest, not only on the physical level, but also on the spiritual level. Balmy and cold feelings are two of the symptoms from energies that are frequently felt during meditation.

Standing Post Meditation

Qigong means " energy study. " It ' s an ancient Chinese art used to bring health to the body, mild to the mind, and power to the martial arts. It ' s based on the same theory as acupuncture: That there are energy pathways— meridians and channels— that flow throughout the body. When energy, or chi, runs smoothly in these pathways, good health is maintained. When energy becomes blocked or inert, indisposition follows. Through different combinations of breathing, postures and movements, qigong attempts to keep energy pathways unbarred.

When I was diagnosed with Stage Four bone lymphoma cancer in 1991, I read thing I could about people who had survived supposedly hopeless cases of the unstable disease. One common spun wool ran through the survivor stories: People who had overcome forceful, unpunctual - stage instances of the disease had found ways to use their minds to help their bodies heal. So I learned how to meditate, and how to use visualizations to help my immune system attack the cancer cells. And against all odds, I survived six months of an intense regime of chemotherapy and came out cancer free.

But it didn ' t last. The cancer came back. The doctors subsequent me for a stem cell transplant, in which stem cells, number one of your immune system, are harvested from your blood, and then high - dose chemotherapy destroys your immune system ( bone heart ) and hopefully all the cancer cells in your body. Then the stem cells are replaced to refashion your immune system. Again I used meditation and visualization to help weather the effects of the high - dose chemotherapy. I sailed through the transplant in record time and came out of the hospital cancer - free.

But a while later the cancer relapsed and the doctors recommended a second stem cell transplant, this time a regime that was several times more intense than the first. It was time to bring out the big guns. I read more about meditation and visualization and discovered that the Chinese had been using mind / body techniques for thousands of senility. They called this art " qigong. "

After reading a book about qigong by a noted Boston qigong, tai chi chuan and kung fu master named Dr. Yang Jwing - Ming, I decided to contact him to arrange for lessons. Coincidentally, at that time his believer ( a formal phrase sententious senility of essential and study ) Ramel Rones ( Rami ) was teaching classes in Connecticut. I approached him and asked him to teach me qigong. Rami had won gold medals for forms and fighting competitions in Europe, North America and even China and was looking for a new challenge. So I became his private student.

Rami quickly introduced me to standing post meditation. It ' s one of the most popular and ancient forms of meditation in China and it ' s stood the test of time. It ' s also one of the most laborious, as it challenges both the body and mind. Standing post gets its name from its posture: The practitioner stands as though he or she is a post abysmal into the ground, knees slightly hunched, arms in control in an arc in front of the chest. This posture is known as Hug the Tree, and its benefits are legion.

According to Taoist master Mantak Chia, Embrace the Tree stimulates the lymph nodes in the groin, armpits and back of knees. The unfathomable abdominal breathing practiced while take the posture also helps propel serum through the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system removes wastes and toxins from all the body ' s cells and also contains antibodies. And cut the arms in an arc in front of the chest stimulates the thymus gland, which lies beneath the sternum, and provides T - cells, which cream cancer, viruses and other invaders.

Noted acupuncturist Yves Requena in his book Qigong: The Art of Mastering Energy relates that from an energy viewpoint, Nuzzle the Tree opens the twelve primary chi channels that lead to the organ systems. It also stretches and stimulates the " Great Pop in, " the network of major energy meridians that irascible the back. In addition, it opens the Ming - men cavity in the lumbar region, an important energy gate that feeds the kidneys.

While Embracing the Tree, by breathing acutely from the innards, blood vessels relax, blood pressure and heart percentage drops. Anxiety and stress lessen. The mind calms. The muscles of the legs grow strong. The arms become as wiry as gnarled hickory limbs.

When I first started to Embrace the Tree, I could only dominion the posture for a few minutes. That ' s for I had a tumor in my right shoulder and I couldn ' t bear the pain. After a few rounds of chemotherapy in preparation for my transplant, the tumor shrank and I could institute fired training. In China, deliberate internal martial artists practice standing post meditation postures for over an hour. That became my goal— to mastery Squeeze the Tree for more than sixty minutes, despite the cancer damage in my shoulder and hips and bad football knees.

Three Months of Atomic Ho hum Chemotherapy

The stem cell transplant I was forthcoming for in 1995 at the University of Connecticut ' s Heath Center was far more intense than the one I endured at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston in 1993. This transplant procedure required three " mini - transplant " four - day hospital stays in sequential months, in which high - dose chemotherapy would noise any cancer cells in the body and bring the immune system halfway down to ground zero. Then growth hormone would help reconstruct the immune system. Then as the immune system regenerated, develop cells would be harvested for the transplant deed itself, in which " hydrogen humdrum " chemotherapy would eradicate the immune system considerably and the come cells would be replaced to reassemble it.

After the first teeny - transplant stay, doctors just to glean originate cells from me. But I couldn ' t assemble any in appreciable amounts. That ' s for I ' d had a previous transplant with the high - dose chemotherapy that had supposedly permanently suppressed my immune system. So the doctors took bone core out of my hips. Bone pith is not as pure a product as amplify cells; it includes many different types of cells and using it portion a greater chance of your immune system not engrafting, or " taking ", properly. It antecedent a much longer hospital stay and less chance of survival.

At that point I made it my goal to trigger my immune system so it would marshal burst forth cells for one of the next not large - transplant stays. I had two young sons and a wife I loved. I wanted to survive. I started Embracing the Tree twice a day. I built up slowly to twenty minutes, then thirty minutes.

At first when you Nuzzle the Tree, the pain in your arms is the far out distraction. The weight of returns your arms in an arc two feet away from your chest puts an big millstone on your shoulders. Lactic acid builds up and it feels as though someone has jabbed knitting needles into the muscles. You want to discontinue after five minutes. But if you have a goal— survival— you don ' t vacate. And if you use the feelings of abandon as motivation— mentally I would chastise myself for wanting to quit— you can antic yourself into abiding.

And then great puzzling happens. After fifteen or twenty minutes the pain lessens. Dr. Yang explained to me that a dam of chi, or energy, releases. Then the posture becomes distant more upscale to influence. I also had to build up the strength in my legs, which had become de - tight from dealing with the pain in my hips from the cancer.

Once you overcome the discomfort in your body, you have to deal with the discomfort in your mind. After standing in place for twenty minutes, you can get bored. So you have to continuously seat on your breathing and ignore the thoughts of boredom and other distractions your mind puts before you. And method is to visualize energy moving in distinctive orbits within your body. In time, energy well will flow there. It takes practice.

By the time of my second mini - transplant hospital stay I could Nuzzle the Tree for forty minutes. I had high hopes that my immune system would produce stem cells. But I was disappointed. My stem cell count barely registered.

I had one final shot— one final mini - transplant stay and one more chance to prepare stem cells for the actual transplant. In my mind I had to break the sixty - minute barrier and Squeeze the Tree for an hour. As directly as I recovered from the withering effects of the high - dose chemotherapy from the mini - transplant stay, I began training again.

By the time of my catechism mini - transplant stay, I was standing for over an hour usually. When the doctor began the process of harvesting stem cells, I asked him the odds of my being able to muster them. " After a previous transplant, and after two previous attempts to organize, I ' d say 20, 000 to one. "

I mobilized. I went in for my actual stem cell transplant the next month and got out in document time for someone going for a first transplant, never mind a second one. A while subsequent the cancer requited, a not big tumor in my spine— the last gasp of the disease. One round of chemotherapy destroyed it. I ' ve been clear of cancer for 12 senility and practice qigong every day. My immune system should be permanently suppressed from the high - dose chemotherapy but my counts are in the standard range. I don ' t even grab colds.

Meditation As A Tool Overcome Auto - Immune Disease

When it comes to thriving with a chronic sickness such as an auto - immune disease and overcoming tiredness, I find most people want a silver bullet. People want just one thing they can do to feel better. In many respects, diet seems to be the easiest, or at primeval the first one people spread for. I did when trying to heal from multiple sclerosis and re - energize.

But health, wellness and thriving are about more than what medication we take. It ' s even about more than what we eat, although that is important. So many books on overcoming auto - immune disease nerve center on diet or coping skills. That ' s great, but I am happy to discern that more recent books on chronic ailment and autoimmune disease are mentioning the role of meditation. For instance, in the book Overcoming Multiple Sclerosis, Dr. George Jelinek commits a whole chapter to meditation as something to be incorporated into a MS wellness plan. I whole - heartedly allow.

The evidence is wild how effective meditation is in improving the lives of those with MS and other chronic conditions. A recent study reported in Neurology ( 2010; 75; 1141 - 1149 ) demonstrated that health - related quality of life, including incidence of depression, anxiety and tiredness decreased significantly for those participating in a structured 8 - bit program of anamnesis training. Other studies have found that meditation produces lasting results in the brain ( increasing connections ) and improving proper immune system function.

Meditation isn ' t just for yogis and Buddhist monks. Anyone can do it, anywhere. And it ' s free. Here ' s a basic plan or you can hunt out a meditation heart in your area if you want more guidance.

When beginning out, it ' s best to find a soundless place. Sit in a chair with your back supported and your feet on the ground, in a petulant - legged position, or however wider is rich. You can close your eyes or you can meeting place on a stationary point. Take a few cleansing breaths. Study your body from head to toe, relaxing as you go. Then behold your breath. In. Out. If thoughts enter your mind one's say, observance them but don ' t supplant them. Timer them float by like a fish in an aquarium. If you are becoming to follow a apprehending, thank the cogitation for advance and tell you will get back to it when you ' re done.

If this is your first time meditating, start with 5 minutes. Work your way up to 20 minutes. If you can ' t find 20 minutes, do it for 5 minutes, 4 times a day. This is a practice best done daily.

But what do you do while meditating? This is a common question. The best advice I have conscious is treat your thoughts like fish in an aquarium. Stopwatch them go by, but don ' t dive in after them.
