Feelings: Why Are Some People Out Of Touch With Their Feelings?




Although feelings can be overlooked and empirical as being unimportant, they are a vital part of who we are. They concede us to know what we need and want in each moment of our life, amongst other things. When someone is unaware of how they are sensitivity, they are disconnected from themselves.

This could cause someone to become a ‘ follower’. They are out of touch with their true feelings and so they will typically extremity up doing what other people want. And as they are disconnected from their true self; this is not much of a surprise.



What this can also lead to is someone who comes across as a ‘ leader’. This is not to say that this is someone who is in touch with their true feelings; it tidily means that they don’ t give off the impression that they follow others.



But if one is out of touch with their true feelings, it won’ t matter if they are a dignitary or a follower, as they won’ t be living an authentic life.



Deeper Look



The follower can be someone who only feels safe and in restraint when they are doing what other people want. In this occasion, they can be aware of their feelings, it’ s just that they don’ t listen to them.



Even though the notability could be completely out of touch with their true feelings, their feelings still drive them. These feelings are not likely to tell them what they need or want; what they will do is cause them to feel spent or overwhelmed. And this is going to stop them from being able to express their true self. Other people might peer their behaviour as being who they are, but it is just a false self. While one may be used to it and have come to accredit it is who they are, it is still an misapplication.



The First Person



For the person who ignores their feelings and does what other people want, there is the chance that they are going to feel angry and frustrated about how things are. They could also limitation up touch unsteady and good-for-nothing.

The fealty of muscle building has grown significantly in recent caducity. Gym memberships have soared and this is not only for men. Women are just as likely to be a quantum of a gym as men are. The driver of human behaviour is often emotions. However, being connected to these emotions or having what is described as emotional intelligence is not average for everyone. For some, living through impulse or being enslaved to emotions is a part of life.



And this means that as a arrangement of being emotionally disconnected and cut off from the real reasons as to why one does something; one will justify or rationalise why they do something. Or they may not even know why they do what they do.



Reasons



One of the first reasons that come to my mind - as to why some people are obsessed with gaining muscle - is trial run. As ‘ everyone’ farther seems to be doing it then why not weave them. This means that it has become popular and fashionable.



And what is popular or fashionable often has jillion associations attached. This could be what is classed as: attractive, sexy, powerful, likeable and acceptable. And with these kinds of influences, how can people resist.



On the surface this sounds like a moderate ground and one that is willingly plays a big part in the muscle gaining obsession. And after all if it was plainly to do with shot, why bother will all the work that is required to create muscle?



A Added Look

Having a sense of self is not going to be as likely due to the unempathic caregiver ignoring the Childs needs. A consequence of this is receptivity of powerlessness, having no curb and having no self. One of the most untalked about subjects is the subject of how people steal other people ' s power, soul and energy.



It is more common then you can take meaning and it goes beyond the realm of the physical dimension with people and extends into the non - physical dimension with non - physical beings.

On a augmented level, the act of taking or using someone other ' s energy is based on having power over added person, and it is a lower level of consciousness that people have chosen to operate under.



A common expectation is that energy vampires are negative people or use negativity to void you, although this is not true. Someone can take your energy just by you speaking to them, listening to them speak, looking at them, or being close to them in terms of space, ( like if you were to stand very close to heavier person ). It has wind to do with being negative, it has to do with a person who is on a lower vibration energetically, and just by dealing with them, your energy is taken.



What is even more delightful is most people who take or use other people ' s energy, do not know they do it. I had a cohort at one time in my life who told me she would purposely " steal " other people ' s energy and feed off of other people energetically. I asked her how she did it and she uttered, " with her mind ". She uttered she would pull people to her intentionally just with her thoughts and by just someone palmy attention to her, she could take their energy. I asked: so a person has to be prosperous attention to you?, and she verbal yep, by them notable attention to me, they give me their energy. This makes a lot of sense, as whatever people limelight on, they encourage to give their energy to. I subsequent found myself always weary and consumed around this " confrere ".



Whenever we have a relationship or interaction with major human, the other human we are having the relationship with or interaction will either function on two levels.



The first level is the giver level, this is a person who does not have any type of hermetical agenda or crave to rule or have power over others. The user is the human who has chosen to dominate, power, have power over, or employ one likewise as a way to redeem for his or her own deficiency of power, understanding and soul. The user may be completely unaware of his or her actions and functions on " automatic co-pilot ", not really hep who they are and why they operate the way they do.



Some users appreciate more then others and really purposely steal other people ' s power, energy and soul.



The user tends to associate with other users and givers generally avoid these types of people. The user may be in high figure positions, such as teachers, healers, leaders, etc. The user is more common within the contest of humans then the giver. This is due chiefly to unhealthy choices and being spiritually dis - connected to ones own power and soul. The user tends to operate under fear, which is due to his or her own want of power, understanding, and higher consciousness. The user functions at a level at which non - physical beings of a faint nature function at, which is a level of over powering one added, dominating one higher, or attempting to supervision one massed.



- The user has an energy field ( aura ) which is reversed, meaning it does not develop its own energy, but instead it gets its energy from exterior of itself, from other people.



As we deal with one amassed in a social or sexual relationship, we exchange energies completely buried by the naked eye. When a user operates with heavier user there is very little power lost or stolen between the two people as they are both users and operating at the same level.



When a user operates with a giver, there is an imbalance of energy exchanges. What this means is the user cannot give or exchange energy considering of his or her want of power, while the giver tends to " give " energy to the other person which is the user. So this imbalance creates a unhealthy relationship between the two people, as one person takes and the other person gives. As the relationship develops the user can in fact steal whole parts of power or soul from the other person who is a giver. These parts of power or soul that are stolen from the giver are regularly unknown to them for of their want of understanding of how the soul functions on an energy level in regards to " Soul Loss ". As parts of personal power are stolen they create openings or holes in the energy field. Once a person begins to develop holes in his or her energy field they are " energetically vulnerable " meaning they have power absent from them which in turn has caused them to be ajar energetically to non - physical beings. The amour of non - physical beings in a persons energy field is what causes a person to develop lower levels of consciousness, energy, and power. The more power a person has stolen from and person, the more power is lost from that person and the more energetically unsafe that person becomes.



It is important to appreciate that we are not living in a world that is made of kind-hearted and loving beings, although you may rest assured you are. The darker truth of life is that this world we live in is made chiefly of fear based beings, lower level humans, and obscure consciousness. For if we lived in a loving world there would be no need to fight, battle, have power over each other, start wars, or hurt one enhanced.

So when a person comes to you to steal your power, what are you going to say to them?



No! You cannot steal my power, go get your own energy and power and stop using other people for your own personal benefit. When we make the choice to not grant others to use us, we choose to become self - empowered through our own choices to not confess other people to make us sick.



Let ' s now talk about the ways people take your energy and power, as there are many.



1. The Eyes, and Your Body Position when speaking to someone.



The eyes are an important tool for transferring energy. The eyes have been called the ' window of the soul ' for a inducement. We can give and take energy through the eyes. If someone needs you to focal point on them, you will need to look at them. When people look at something they are focusing on what they are looking at, giving it energy and attention.









Whatever you target on you give your energy to. Also the body and the position of the body is very important. Defense is necessary in some instances but not all. The soldier way is to avoid conflict at all costs, and ambulatory away is sometimes the best defense. Fear no one, unless you like being hysterical. Fear is too much dis - empowering and it is the greatest tool of all to steal amassed person ' s power and energy. If you could get everyone to fear you, what a great master of dis - empowerment you would be. But people choose to be fearful. It is a learned response and choice common among people who are not in their power. People can also project their fears and anger and negative emotions on to you as a sort of psychic attack and that will remove you as well. Learn to be in your power and develop emotional clout and you will respond less and less to life with fear.
