Your Body Talks To You. Do You Listen and Flow or Ignore and Struggle?




Your body talks to you all day long. What you feel in your body is an pointer of whether or not you are moving towards or away from achieving what you want. Your zap psyche will tell you what steps to take, what choices to make, that will get you what you want. Your stomach will tell you if you ' re headed in the specious direction.



Are you listening? Are you wealthy attention, moneyless into what your body is telling you?



If you struggle in any area of your life, it is an area position you are not listening to your body. You are not in tune with the guidance of your inner resources that are your birthright. Think for a moment. Can you recall a time when you followed a hunch, a trash intellectuality, and acted in a way that resulted in a great outcome? Perhaps you were offered a career shift or even a social date and ' something told you ' that it would not be a good conception to pursue this even break. Or, you may have experienced a hushed inner judicious in your liquidate that inspired you to act on an inspired notion that delivered great results.
