As nature through its diversified elements creates this body and mind; we can be at our happiest only when we are in harmony with nature ' s system. For this we need to follow or quite beam nature ' s ways.

A ) Waking up before sunrise
Rise that much before dawn that one can soak in the most rested part of nature for half an hour at primeval. Doing exercises in the open air, expressive, or wittily keeping still in contemplation would do.
